What it is
AdGuard sells a system-wide ad and tracker blocker for desktop and mobile, a VPN, and a DNS filtering service for individuals and teams. Licences are inexpensive and usually cover several devices, and the audience is privacy-minded consumers rather than businesses.
The deal
Two things sit behind the advertised top rate. First, the highest numbers are welcome rates that apply only during your first month as a partner; from month two every product drops to a lower standard rate, and the drop is steepest on DNS for teams. Second, the rate is set per product, so an ad blocker sale pays roughly twice what a DNS team plan pays. Commission is paid on renewals as well as first sales and AdGuard publishes no end date for that, but it never uses the word lifetime either — read claims of permanent commission elsewhere with that in mind. Note also how the base is calculated: AdGuard applies your percentage to revenue after VAT and payment processing fees, and to the discounted price if the buyer used a promo code, so the percentage always lands on less than the sticker price.
Getting paid
Payouts run every week and the balance floor is low, which makes this one of the quicker programs to see real money from. You can be paid to PayPal, to a bank account through Mellow (Solar Staff), or to a crypto wallet in USDT. The Mellow route carries a withdrawal fee of a few percent, so the method you pick changes what actually lands.
The rules
AdGuard bans unsolicited SMS, email and spam on social networks, forums and dating sites; incentivised traffic, content lockers and auto-surfing; phishing or any technique that tricks users into downloading; bundling AdGuard with other products or incentives; artificially inflating install counts; payment fraud; and pop-up or pop-under advertising. Any promotion that could damage AdGuard’s reputation is also out. Violators are banned and their balances blocked. Review and coupon websites are explicitly listed as welcome partners.
