What it is
Airwallex is a global business account and payments platform. Companies use it to hold multiple currencies, make international transfers, issue corporate cards, take payments and embed finance into their own products. The affiliate program pays on qualified new accounts that activate, not on sign-ups alone.
The deal
Airwallex publishes no rate anywhere on its own pages. Its partner page says the team talks to you about your audience first and then sets a commission structure for your business, so the number is agreed privately before you join rather than posted in advance. Directories and listicles quote a fixed per-sale dollar figure; nothing on Airwallex’s site supports it. What is published is the trigger and the ceiling: you are paid when a referred account activates across business accounts, payments, spend, platform APIs or embedded finance, and Airwallex states there is no limit on total earnings. Joining is free.
Getting paid
The program sits inside Impact, so your balance, statements and withdrawal settings live in that account rather than with Airwallex. The only timing Airwallex publishes is the monthly cycle: a transaction is locked a day after the month ends and paid roughly three weeks later. No threshold is stated on the merchant side, so whatever Impact is configured to require is what applies.
The rules
Airwallex says it accepts most sites relevant to its products and free of offensive material, but the list of prohibited site categories sits in section 1.1 of its affiliate marketing agreement, which is only readable once you start the sign-up. It reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership at any time. Nothing is published about paid search, bidding on the brand name, or referring yourself.
What isn’t published
Airwallex publishes an affiliate page but not the full terms. Anything it doesn’t state — thresholds, payout timing, cookie window — is left blank here rather than guessed, and shows as a dash in comparisons.
