What it is
Brevo is an all-in-one marketing and CRM platform covering email, SMS, WhatsApp, chat, automation and a sales pipeline. It has a free tier and paid plans priced on sending volume, which makes it a common pick for small businesses and ecommerce stores. It was previously known as Sendinblue.
The deal
Brevo pays a flat amount per referral rather than a percentage, so a small business and a large one are worth the same to you and there is no upside from referring bigger accounts. It is also a one-off payment, not recurring — you are paid when the account first subscribes and not again. The free-signup reward is a secondary stream and it stays switched off until you have produced at least one paying customer, so it is not something a new affiliate can start on. Referrals are audited monthly and Brevo will reject accounts that never finished onboarding, never logged in, look dormant, failed billing, or came from bot traffic. Its own marketing pages describe the reward as fixed and attractive without quoting a figure; the number is published on the PartnerStack listing.
Getting paid
Applications are reviewed within about 72 business hours and rejected automatically if you apply from a Gmail or Yahoo address. Brevo validates referrals at the end of each month, then PartnerStack handles the actual payout via PayPal or Stripe, with alternatives where PayPal is unavailable. One trap is written into the terms: if you fail to keep your payment details current for three months you forfeit any unpaid commission outright. Dormant accounts can also be deleted after three months.
The rules
Pay-per-click promotion is banned outright, not merely restricted, and the terms go further to prohibit bidding on any brand keyword, running ads that imply partnership or endorsement, using Brevo branding in ad copy or display URLs, and building landing pages or social profiles that could pass for official ones. Violations can mean losing commission already accrued. On the application side, you need a real website with existing traffic and a professional email on that same domain, and the site has to be topically relevant. Multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, self-help and get-rich-quick courses are refused. You cannot be in both the Affiliate and Expert programs at once.
