What it is
Deel is a payroll and HR platform for hiring contractors and employees in other countries. It handles contracts, compliance, payroll and equipment across more than 150 countries. Customers are mostly startups and mid-size companies building distributed teams.
The deal
Payment arrives in two stages rather than one. The first stage pays when a referred lead books a demo and Deel’s sales team marks them qualified, which happens before any money changes hands. The second and larger stage pays only if that qualified lead goes on to become a paying customer. The headline figure assumes both stages complete, so a referral that stalls after the demo still earns you the first payment. The attribution window applies to the first stage only: the clock runs from the click to qualification, and once a lead is qualified the deal stays credited to you even if sales takes months to close it. Deel warns that opportunities stalled for a long time get closed as lost. Deel’s separately published affiliate agreement still describes a single payment per successful lead, so the two-stage structure on the live program page is the current version. This is lead generation, not a subscription share: what you earn depends on Deel’s sales team closing the deal, not on which plan your referral picks.
Getting paid
Deel runs the program on PartnerStack, so tracking, the dashboard and cash-out all sit there. Deel’s own affiliate agreement commits to paying at the end of the month after a referral completes. No payout threshold, payment method or currency is published by Deel; those are set inside PartnerStack once you are approved.
The rules
Deel’s affiliate agreement prohibits bidding on Deel trademarks, directly or indirectly, on any ad platform that uses auction-style bidding, search engine marketing included. Affiliates must accept the terms before being admitted to the program. Referrals may be made worldwide. Nothing is published about self-referrals, coupon sites or content requirements.
