What it is
monday.com is a work management platform used for project tracking, CRM and internal workflows, sold per seat on monthly and annual plans. Customers are usually teams rather than individuals, so a converted referral tends to be worth several seats. The affiliate track is separate from the authorised partner programme aimed at agencies and resellers.
The deal
The published terms are unusually vague for a program this size, and the two official pages do not agree. monday’s own affiliate page describes a tier model paying a share of a referral’s first-year spend, with a ceiling almost no affiliate will reach. The PartnerStack listing that actually runs the program describes two different deals instead — a flat fee per qualified sign-up for online affiliates, and a percentage of closed deals for agency-style partners — and publishes the amount for neither. The FAQ then states outright that the commission period is whatever your specific partner group says it is. In practice you find out your rate and how long it runs only after you are approved, so treat the advertised ceiling as a ceiling and nothing more. The click window is generous and resets on every fresh click, which favours content that gets revisited.
Getting paid
Earnings are tallied at month end and released the month after, so expect roughly six weeks between a referral converting and the money being available to withdraw. Withdrawals happen inside PartnerStack, with alternatives offered where PayPal is unavailable. monday does not publish a payout threshold on either of its program pages.
The rules
None published. Neither monday’s affiliate page nor the PartnerStack listing says anything about paid search, trademark bidding, coupon traffic or self-referral. Those rules, if they exist, arrive with the partner group terms after approval.
What isn’t published
monday.com publishes an affiliate page but not the full terms. Anything it doesn’t state — thresholds, payout timing, cookie window — is left blank here rather than guessed, and shows as a dash in comparisons.
