What it is
Navan is a corporate travel and expense platform. Companies book flights and hotels through it, run the travel policy inside it, and handle cards and expense reports in the same place. The buyers are finance, travel and operations teams rather than individual travellers.
The deal
The reward is a flat fee for each new business that signs up through your link and completes whatever the offer requires. It is not a share of what that company later spends. The number Navan advertises is a ceiling, so read it as the best case rather than the expected payment; the actual amount sits inside the PartnerStack offer you accept. Because the trigger is a business account reaching a qualifying stage, the gap between a click and a payable referral is long compared with consumer programs. Navan also excludes any company it has already contracted with or contacted about its services, and any company another partner referred first, so larger targets are often already claimed.
Getting paid
PartnerStack handles the money. You need a PartnerStack account with correct payout details, and returned payments caused by wrong details are not re-sent. Commissions clear the month after they are earned and are withdrawn to PayPal or Stripe. Navan publishes no payout threshold. Its terms also close the books on a referral a year after it happens: after that the recorded amount is final and cannot be contested.
The rules
Self-referral is banned outright, so fees only arise from other people using your link. You may not bid on Navan brand terms or misspellings on Google, Bing, Yahoo, Capterra, Facebook or any similar network, use them in ad copy, display names, display URLs, domains or social account names. Paid ads cannot point straight at Navan either; the click has to land on a real page of your own site first. Creative must be Navan’s own unless it approves yours in writing. Cookie stuffing, pop-ups, misleading links, URL masking and cross-domain redirects void unpaid fees and close the account. Posting affiliate links on Navan’s own social accounts is prohibited.
