What it is
Pipedrive is a sales CRM built around a visual deal pipeline. Small and mid-size sales teams use it to track leads, deals, email and activity in one place. It is sold as a per-seat monthly or annual subscription.
The deal
You take a share of everything the referred customer spends in their first year, add-ons included, and then it stops. This is a one-year revenue share, not a lifetime one, so the value of a referral is capped by how much that account grows within twelve months. New affiliates start on the base rate, and Pipedrive is unusually specific about what moves you up: a steady handful of sales a month sustained for half a year gets you the higher rate, and a heavier sustained run gets a negotiated deal instead. The three-month click window is long for SaaS and suits comparison and review content, where readers take weeks to decide. Nothing is capped and joining costs nothing.
Getting paid
Payments run through PartnerStack on a fixed monthly date, but the lag is long. A commission is not finalised until early in the second month after the customer paid, and it lands a few days after that, so expect two to three months between a sale and the cash. The withdrawal threshold is trivially small. Pipedrive does not publish which payout methods PartnerStack offers.
The rules
You need a genuine professional presence to be accepted: a website with proper landing pages, or at least one business-focused social channel, with B2B content and audience. Applications take one to two weeks. Any offline promotion needs written approval first. A small number of countries are off-limits and Pipedrive says it will name them during approval. You can be an affiliate or a solution provider, not both. Terminated accounts are never reactivated — you have to apply again from scratch.
