Stock Analysis

Stock Analysis is a stock research site with screeners, financial statements, watchlists and a daily market newsletter.

What it is

Stock Analysis is a stock research site with screeners, financial statements, watchlists and a daily market newsletter. Most of the data is free and a paid Pro plan unlocks the full set of tools. The audience is retail investors, so it converts through investing newsletters, finance channels and stock communities.

The deal

The headline rate is a revenue share on everything a customer pays during their first year, which behaves very differently by plan. An annual subscription pays the whole amount in one go the moment it is bought; a monthly subscriber pays you month by month for as long as they stay, capped at a year. After that first year a customer stops earning you anything at all unless you have crossed the monthly earnings threshold at least once, which permanently switches on a much smaller ongoing share of that customer’s later payments. It only has to happen one time and it stays unlocked, but until then the program is effectively a one-year deal. Attribution is first click rather than last, which is unusual and favours whoever introduces a reader to the site over whoever closes them. Deep linking is allowed to any page, so review and comparison content can send readers to a specific stock page rather than the pricing page.

Getting paid

Payouts run monthly, a couple of weeks after the month closes, and there is a small balance you have to clear before anything is sent. PayPal and Wise cover most people, and a wire can be arranged once a payout runs into four figures. Everything is paid in USD at the same rate wherever your audience is. Refunds are the catch: if a customer asks for one within two months of paying, that commission comes back out of your balance. Affiliates in countries under US sanctions may not be payable, and subscribers are only accepted where the payment provider allows it.

The rules

You cannot buy a subscription through your own link. Bidding on their brand terms in search is prohibited outright, and using the Stock Analysis name or logo in any paid advertising needs permission first, so non-brand paid traffic is possible but not free-form. Do not advertise discounts or offers they have not authorised; they will set up a trackable code for your audience if you ask. Misleading claims, adult content and spam tactics are grounds for removal, and you have to disclose the affiliate relationship. They reserve the right to reject applicants or demote existing affiliates out of higher tiers if the fit stops working. Joining is not open: they expect an established audience or community with an interest in investing, and the program is invite-based after you request one by email.
