What it is
ZipRecruiter is a hiring marketplace. Employers pay to post roles and reach candidates through its matching engine, while job seekers search and apply for free. It sells to small and mid-size employers as heavily as to large ones.
The deal
ZipRecruiter has no affiliate page on its own site. Partners sign up through a branded page on Impact, and the only document published there is Impact’s standard master campaign agreement, which pushes every commercial term into the private insertion order you are offered after joining. There is no public rate, no attribution window and no chargeback period, so this program cannot be compared on numbers before you apply. The same agreement lets the advertiser set maximum spend limits and cap the number of paid actions, which means volume delivered above a cap need not be paid.
Getting paid
Impact does the tracking and moves the money. ZipRecruiter publishes nothing about thresholds, timing or payment methods. Actions can be reversed if they are incomplete, cancelled or returned by the customer, made fraudulently, or come from someone outside the area ZipRecruiter serves, and the window in which those reversals can be applied is set in your individual offer rather than published anywhere.
The rules
You may only promote using methods ZipRecruiter approves or prescribes in advance, and each use of its name, logo or trademarks has to be pre-approved case by case. Nothing more specific is published.
What isn’t published
ZipRecruiter publishes an affiliate page but not the full terms. Anything it doesn’t state — thresholds, payout timing, cookie window — is left blank here rather than guessed, and shows as a dash in comparisons.
