What it is
Sendcloud is a shipping platform for European online stores. It connects a shop to carriers, prints labels and handles tracking, returns and checkout delivery options. The customers are ecommerce businesses that ship physical parcels, concentrated in the EU and UK.
The deal
The public page leads with a single first-month payout: you get the full value of a referral’s first paid month and nothing is promised after that. The terms never restate the rate at all. They say your commission plan and the maximum period you receive commission are shown inside your PartnerStack account, and that Sendcloud can change both unilaterally at any time. Confusing the picture, the same page’s meta description still advertises the older deal, a small monthly cut running for two years, so confirm what your account actually shows before you plan around either version. Qualification is stricter than most: the referral has to buy a paid plan inside the cookie window and create at least ten shipping labels in a single month. Commission is calculated on subscription fees only, never on the shipping charges, which are the bulk of what a Sendcloud customer spends.
Getting paid
Commission is held for thirty days, then reviewed in the first ten days of the month after that, so a sale in mid-January is not approved until early March. Once approved the balance sits in PartnerStack and you cash out yourself by PayPal or Stripe. Refunds and chargebacks are deducted from your balance, and if you have already been paid Sendcloud can reclaim it from future payouts. Wrong or missing business details in your account forfeit that period’s commission outright.
The rules
You cannot run ad campaigns on search engines or social platforms that link directly to your affiliate link, and you cannot use the Sendcloud name, or misspellings of it, in ad campaigns or in your domain or subdomain. Your site must not be made to resemble Sendcloud’s. Buying through your own link for yourself, your family or your employer earns nothing, and existing customers or prospects the sales team was already working are excluded. Your commission rates are treated as confidential information, so publishing them breaches the terms. Participation lapses by default if you submit no referral for twenty-four months.
